Guy Da Nine Red - Côtes de Provence

Guy da Nine was the affectionate name given to Tom's father by his mother. Only produced in exceptional years, this wine represents the passion for excellence with which the Bove family name has become synonymous. Very low yield Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for one year in new French oak barrels.

Appearance : deep ruby red with glints of garnet
Nose : intense, dominated by red fruits (blackberry), griotte cherry, candied fruits. The fruits are enhanced by a suggestion of chocolate and toasted vanilla.
Taste : smooth and mouth-filling, distinguished by a powerful flavour and silky tannins. Remarkable finish.
